Care for your body

Discover Sports Massage at Willow Tree Mind & Body
You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage.
Some people come in because they train regularly and want to stay injury-free.
Others are dealing with tension from work, posture, or everyday life.
Some simply feel tight, restricted, or out of balance.
What matters isn’t how active you are, it’s how your body has been feeling.
Who it's for..
This may be right for you if:
• you feel tight, stiff, or restricted in certain areas
• you carry tension in your shoulders, neck, or back
• you’re recovering from training or physical work
• you want to prevent injury and move more freely
• you sit for long periods or feel postural strain
• you’ve had a previous injury that still lingers
• you feel constantly tense or unable to fully relax
If something feels off, that’s enough.
Each session is tailored to you.
We’ll start with a short conversation about how your body has been feeling, your activity levels, and anything that’s been bothering you.
From there, treatment focuses on the areas that need the most attention.
• targeted sports massage techniques
• work on specific areas of tension or imbalance
• pressure adjusted to suit your comfort
There’s no expectation to push through pain.
The aim is effective release, not intensity for the sake of it.
