Each pathway offers gentle guidance, practical tools, and a space to reconnect with who you truly are. You can book each Pathway session individually or a 6-session Pathway Plan for a discounted rate (more details on the 'Pathways' page).

Once you book a session, I'll arrange a free 15-minute intro call beforehand for us to get to know each other - and take your first step toward feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control. I'm fully insured and qualified in many types of proven-therapies.

We’ll spend 15 minutes together (free of charge) before your first session to talk about what’s on your mind, what you’re hoping for, and how I can support you.

This is where we begin the deeper work, creating a safe and supportive space just for you, helping you move towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Therapy with me isn’t just a space to talk - it’s about moving you forward. Together, I’ll help you:

You don’t have to rush, perform, or pretend here. We focus on small, honest change that creates a life that finally feels like yours.

I use a holistic approach that combines proven therapies with compassionate support. Together, we’ll find the path that feels right for you.

My methods include:

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – for emotional balance and resilience

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – to reframe limiting beliefs

  • Life Coaching Tools – to set goals and move forward with clarity

  • Lucid Dreams - using our dreams to understand our reality

It sounds like a lot, but you don’t need to know which approach is best - we’ll decide together and will be unique to you. Together, we work with your mind, emotions, and lifestyle - not just symptoms. That's holistic therapy.
