Whether you’re carrying anxiety, emotional overwhelm, stress, low confidence, or simply feeling stuck, this is a calm space to slow down, explore what feels heavy, and begin untangling what matters. Where appropriate, I may draw from counselling, CBT, DBT, NLP, reflective support, and nervous-system-aware approaches, but the work always begins with you rather than a framework.

Hands-on support to ease muscular tension, physical overwhelm, recovery, and stress held in the body. My work begins with what feels most present in the body. Body Release is hands-on support designed to ease muscular tightness, physical stress, and the tension patterns that can quietly build over time through everyday life, posture, stress, and movement. Â Using sports massage-based techniques, sessions are tailored to what feels most restricted, uncomfortable, or in need of release. The aim is to help you feel lighter, looser, more supported, and more connected to how your body is holding stress.

Integrated emotional and physical support for when stress, overwhelm, or tension is showing up in both mind and body. Sometimes what feels heavy emotionally can also begin to show up physically through tightness, fatigue, nervous system strain, or a sense of carrying too much. This path creates space to look at the bigger picture. Mind & Body combines grounded emotional support with body-based release in one integrated session, helping you slow down, process, release, and reconnect in a way that feels calm, human, and tailored to you.
