Whether you arrive carrying emotional overwhelm, anxiety, stress, physical tension, or simply feeling disconnected, the work begins by creating space to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself.

HOW I WORK
My work begins with you.
Over time, I built Willow Tree Mind & Body around a simple belief - support should feel safe, practical, reflective, and deeply human.
For some, that may mean exploring emotional overwhelm, anxiety, low confidence, stress, burnout, or the things that feel difficult to untangle.
For others, it may mean recognising how tension, fatigue, and stress can also be carried physically in the body.
Where appropriate, I may draw from counselling, CBT, DBT, NLP. reflective support, and body-based approaches, but the work always begins with what feels most present for you.
You set the pace. The work begins where you are.
A grounded, human-first approach.
