In a world that moves faster than ever, taking time for yourself can feel like a luxury - something to squeeze in between responsibilities rather than something essential to your wellbeing. Yet the truth is simple: you cannot pour from an empty cup.


Whether you’re caring for a family, managing a demanding job, or supporting others emotionally, your energy is not limitless. Every day, you give parts of yourself - your attention, your empathy, your focus - and eventually, your mind and body start to whisper (and sometimes shout) that they need rest.
