My studies focus on emotional wellbeing, therapeutic relationships, and gentle, effective techniques to support healing at every stage. I've obtained a diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling via the School of Natural Health Sciences which supports my work as a Psychotherapy-informed Holistic Therapist.

I’m also a certified NLP Master Practitioner, trained through The Priority Academy, where I explored how language, mindset, and thought patterns shape our everyday lives - and how we can shift them with powerful, practical tools.

As a certified Ikigai coach, I gently guide clients through a process of self-discovery to help them find clarity, direction, and meaning in their lives. With a compassionate, grounded approach, I help you explore your passions, strengths, values, and sense of purpose - bringing them together in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling. My coaching blends reflective questioning with practical tools, creating a space where you can reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels aligned and intentional.

My learning is ongoing, and I continue to deepen my understanding through reflective practice, additional training, and the lived experiences of those I’m privileged to work with.
