It’s incredible how quickly things can shift when you create a safe space and ask the right questions.
In just one session, a client who came to me with “extreme social anxiety” - avoiding people, withdrawing, feeling overwhelmed - discovered that the real root wasn’t social anxiety at all.
It was overwhelm caused by not knowing how to prioritise tasks in a way that works for their mind.
Once we explored how their brain naturally organises information, everything clicked. We shifted from fear-based thinking to practical strategy, and it created a huge lightbulb moment for them.
Together, we’ve been reframing time management to fit their unique cognitive style: already the change has been transformative.
If you’re curious about exploring therapy, coaching, or a blend of both in a way that truly matches how you think, feel free to reach out.
