We’ll spend 30 minutes together (free of charge) to talk about what’s on your mind, what you’re hoping for, and how I can support you.

If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first session. This is where we begin the deeper work, creating a safe and supportive space just for you.

How therapy with me works...

I use a holistic approach that combines proven therapies with compassionate support. Together, we’ll find the path that feels right for you.

My methods include:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – to challenge unhelpful patterns

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – for emotional balance and resilience

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – to reframe limiting beliefs

  • Inner Child and Trauma Work – to heal past wounds

  • Life Coaching Tools – to set goals and move forward with clarity
