Often, what you’re carrying doesn’t sit only in your thoughts. It can show up in your body too — as tension, restlessness, or that constant sense of being on edge.

So this isn’t just about talking. We slow things down and listen carefully to what’s happening, both in your mind and in your body, so things can begin to make sense in a way that actually feels real, not just understood.

Over time, you might notice yourself:

• feeling calmer and more settled
• understanding your patterns more clearly
• responding differently to the same triggers
• setting boundaries without the same level of guilt
• feeling more like yourself again

There’s no need to rush, perform, or arrive with the right words.
