I’m Dan. I work in a gentle, humanistic way, drawing on both therapeutic and holistic approaches to help you feel steadier, more grounded, and more connected to yourself again - so can get back to feeling like you.

These are not rigid programs - they’re flexible, person-centred routes shaped around your emotional needs.

The Healing Pathway

For releasing emotional pain, exploring past experiences, soothing your nervous system, and understanding the patterns shaping your life today.
Ideal for trauma, childhood wounds, grief, and deep emotional fatigue.

The Growth Pathway

For rediscovering purpose, rebuilding confidence, and finding direction when you feel stuck.
Great for life transitions, self-belief, motivation, and personal development.

The Balance Pathway

For managing anxiety, regulating emotions, reducing stress, and creating day-to-day calm.
Perfect for burnout, overwhelm, and anyone wanting to feel more in control again.

You can book sessions individually or choose a 6-session Pathway Plan at a discounted rate (see the Pathways page for details).

Swansea-based therapy that works..

I work from a humanistic foundation, which means our work begins with you rather than a framework.

Humanistic therapy is grounded in the belief that you already carry insight, wisdom, and the capacity for change. My role isn’t to analyse or direct you, but to offer a steady, compassionate presence where understanding can emerge naturally. We slow things down, listen closely to your experience, and make sense of what you’re carrying in a way that feels safe and respectful.

Alongside this, I draw gently from other therapeutic approaches when they’re genuinely helpful, always in service of your pace and your needs.

Over time, this work often supports you to:

• feel calmer and more settled in both mind and body
• understand where your pain or patterns come from
• relate to your thoughts with more clarity and less struggle
• build boundaries that feel honest rather than guilt-driven
• reconnect with who you are beneath stress, trauma, or overwhelm

There’s no need to rush, perform, or arrive with the right words here. We focus on small, meaningful shifts that unfold at a human pace and gradually shape a life that feels more like your own.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and costs £50 (online or in person).


You can also choose a 6-session Pathway Plan for £275, offering a more spacious container for deeper work. You can explore the Pathways in more detail below.

Your booking includes a complimentary 15-minute Intro Call, giving you time to ask questions and get a feel for the space before we begin.

I work integratively, drawing from approaches such as CBT, DBT, and NLP when appropriate, while keeping the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work.

I’m based in Swansea and work with clients across the UK through secure online sessions.
